7 Things You Can Do to Protect Yourself from 5G and EMF Radiation


Since there’s little chance of a significant shift in how these types of technologies are approved and implemented, the only thing we can do is prepare for the onslaught of a lot more non-ionising radiation in our lives. We know that everything, humans as well as objects, are made up of atoms. Atoms have a molecular vibration which is their own frequency. Physical substances have a frequency, biological systems have a frequency, electromagnetic waves have a frequency and so does your mind and your consciousness. In order to deal with the harmful effects of EMF and 5G it is vital that we protect, raise and purify the frequencies of our bodies and environments as much as possible so that we cannot be attacked by those lower non-ionising frequencies that are harmful to us. The idea is to bypass the millimeter frequencies of the 5G technology and instead tap into higher vibrations to really see what we need to be doing from that perspective. 1. EAT A HEALTHY DIET: Are you raising your vibration with high vibrational foods yet? Try to eat unprocessed foods and ideally buy lots of local and organic fruit and vegetables. Even try growing your own. Include oxygenated and alkalizing foods and water to keep your cells clean and hydrated. 2. REGULAR TECH TIME-OUT: Refrain from using your cell phone and other EMF emitting devices for long periods of time, take breaks and never keep your cell phone in your bedroom or charge it under your pillow. Switch everything off at night if possible. This same logic applies to other devices, such as computers and routers that will likely be updated to run on the new 5G frequencies.

5. BUY EMF SHIELDS: There are a number of products you can buy to minimize or neutralize the 5G radiation emitted by your phone and other devices. While these won’t completely remove the risk of 5G radiation, many have been shown to reduce its impact by up to 92%. 6. STAY OUT OF A FEAR MINDSET AND CONNECT TO HIGHER VIBRATIONS: Meditation and yoga are great ways of raising your energy.
