WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently offer fully tracked International Ground Shipping.
You can check the status of your order on our website here. You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email between 3 to 9 business days of ordering.
Every item is inspected, carefully packed and shipped. Shipping time is 16 to 28+ Business days at the moment. Due to COVID-19 delivery times can be slightly longer, but all our shipping is tracked and your precious items will arrive safe and sound.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. Clicking ‘Track my order’ in the email will take you straight to the Order tracking page where the location of your parcel is updated from dispatch to delivery. Please allow 3-9+ business days for tracking information to be activated. This is to allow your parcel to be scanned through the first check point.
WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME TOGETHER IN ONE PACKAGE
We ship your orders as soon as they are ready. Sometimes we also split orders to use smaller size packaging which are faster to ship and save you import taxes. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once - the others are on the way and you would have received a tracking number for each item which you can follow on our Order tracking page!
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3 to 9 business days after we receive your order.
